Meet Ryan and Staci Cihlar, the musical duo that's more in tune than most TV antennas and definitely more entertaining! Ryan strums the ukulele like he’s trying to win an argument with it, and Staci’s voice is so enchanting, even the fish in Sturgeon Bay stop to listen.
