Check Policy for Large Groups
For groups of 10 or more, we adopt a single-check policy. This approach allows our attentive servers to focus on delivering excellent service to every guest in their section.
Customized Menus for Larger Gatherings
To enhance your dining experience and ensure the utmost quality of service, we offer a specially curated limited menu for groups larger than 20. This thoughtful preparation allows our kitchen to expertly manage the culinary needs of your party, ensuring every dish is crafted to perfection.
Seating Arrangements
To foster a cozy and engaging dining atmosphere, we arrange seating in tables of 8 for larger groups. This setup not only facilitates easier conversation among guests but also allows our servers to provide more personalized and efficient service. Rest assured, all tables will be positioned close to each other, keeping your group together while enjoying the ambiance of our supper club.
Additional Guidelines
Dining Time Limit: To accommodate all our guests and ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask that large groups limit their dining room time to 2 hours. Our spacious bar and lounge area offer a delightful space for mingling and enjoying drinks before or after your meal.
Event Considerations: While we are eager to host your gathering, please remember that Nightingale Supper Club is a restaurant, not an event center. We are delighted to provide an unforgettable dining and drinking experience for your group. However, our facilities cannot support a band/DJ, buffet, themed decorations, or presentation equipment.
Final Count: A final count of attendees is required 24 hours in advance. We may not be able to accommodate increases in party size on the day of the event.
Desserts: We encourage you to explore our dessert menu for your sweet finale! Special requests can often be accommodated. Should you choose to bring your own dessert, a plating fee of $2 per guest will apply.
