Born and raised in Sturgeon Bay, Marcia's culinary journey began in her family kitchen, where she honed her cooking skills from a young age. Building upon this foundation, she pursued her passion further, earning a culinary degree that expanded her culinary repertoire.

Marcia's professional career at Nightingale Supper Club commenced immediately after college, and she has been an integral part of our team since 1984. As our Executive Chef, her unwavering dedication and expertise have been instrumental in shaping our restaurant's esteemed reputation and delivering exceptional dishes to our patrons.
